1. The melting point of dispersants should be lower than that of the resin, with good compatibility with the resin and strong affinity for the pigments. The most commonly used dispersants are: low-molecular-weight polyethylene wax, stearate salts.

4. Additives Such as flame retardants, brighteners, antibacterial agents, anti-static agents, and antioxidants. Unless specifically requested by the customer, these additives are generally not included in color masterbatches.

Color masterbatches are commonly classified into the following categories:

1. By carrier: PE color masterbatches, ABS color masterbatches, PVC color masterbatches, EVA color masterbatches, etc.

2. By application: such as injection molding and extrusion color masterbatches, blow molding and film blowing color masterbatches, spinning color masterbatches, etc.

Analysis: The heat resistance grade of specialized color masterbatch is generally suitable for plastic products, and it can be used safely under normal temperatures. However, it may cause varying degrees of discoloration under the following conditions:

1. Temperature exceeds normal levels.

2. Extended downtime.
